Description
Twinco’s Mechanical Rail Signal Bond features a spring loaded Clamp Assembly (Figure 1), which is used to mechanically press a Wire Contact Jaw (Figure 2) into the rail flange. This process ensures a constant electrical connection is maintained over a wide range of temperature and vibration conditions. This results in an unchanging electrical resistance of the bond for as long as it is applied.
